We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or job volumes

Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including client responsiveness, market conditions, staffing, and service quality

Any examples or figures shown are illustrative, not promises.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information required for system setup

Maintain access credentials and permissions where needed

Use systems in compliance with applicable laws

Ensure their own business processes and services comply with regulations

Coreform is not responsible for failures caused by incomplete, incorrect, or delayed client input.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Frameworks

Methodologies

System architectures

Templates and internal tooling

Clients retain ownership of:

Their data

Their customer information

Their business content

Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use delivered systems for their own business purposes.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Coreform systems may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. telephony providers, CRMs, messaging services).

Coreform is not responsible for:

Downtime

Pricing changes

Service interruptions

Policy changes
caused by third-party providers.

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Where applicable:

Fees are payable in advance

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled

Payment terms are defined in the relevant agreement or checkout process

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

9. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed notice period or contract terms.

On termination:

Access to systems may be removed

Outstanding fees remain payable

Data handling will follow the agreed process or legal requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Coreform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Coreform's total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client to Coreform Group Ltd in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless:

Disclosure is required by law

Information is already public

Written consent is given
